capital  murder charges 19 yr suspect?

 

 

An Arlington man faces five counts of attempted capital murder after police say he injured three people early Sunday in Mansfield.

Rigoberto Pantoja, 19, stabbed two people and shot another at a home in the 1500 block of North Main Street, Mansfield police said.

He remains in the Mansfield city jail in lieu of $250,000 bail. He has also been placed on an immigration hold.

One person was stabbed in the neck and another was shot in the face. Both were taken to the hospital. A third injured person was treated at the scene, police said.

Police said Pantoja targeted two others in the incident but they were unharmed.
